Semi-automatic swing frame band saws. The machines are equipped with a powerful hydraulic industrial unit. The complete cutting cycle is carried out with one button - material tension, saw blade start, material separation, saw blade shut-off, saw frame raised to the upper adjustable start position and opening of the vice. In conjunction with a hydraulic cutting feed, cutting productivity is significantly increased with solid materials. All functions can be operated individually. The material is fed manually and theSAF versionsare delivered with more powerful drives and frequency converters. The frequency converter enables stepless adjustment of the saw blade speed in the range from 15 to 90 m/min. The optimum saw band speed significantly increases machine production, cutting accuracy and saw band service life.
thePlus versionis characterized by a more solid clamping system with a miter range of 60° right to 45° left on both sides. With the standard version, only one-sided stepless miter cuts in the range of 90°-60° on the right are possible. The clamping pressure regulation is part of the basic equipment for all ARG SAF versions.
